Making contact

If you contact me via the contact form, by email or by phone, your details are stored and processed solely to handle your enquiry.

Booking an appointment

Via the “Choose a time” links on the contact page you can book a conversation. For this I use Fantastical, a service of Flexibits Inc., 223 Wall Street #238, Huntington, New York, USA. When you book, your name, your email address and the chosen slot are processed on servers in the USA in order to arrange the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). A data processing agreement is in place with Flexibits; the transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

Service providers

Email and calendar run on Google Workspace provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A data processing agreement is in place. Google may also process data in the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. Messages sent through the contact form reach me by the same route. The website is hosted on a server of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

Your rights

Within the scope of the law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not integrate external tracking services.
